Pros: The Hyatt Regency is a great hotel for the leisure or business traveler. It is close to mumbai airport. The complimentary pickup was smooth. The checkin was quick and the staff very friendly. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was phenomenal and so were the lunch and dinner options. Entry and exit to the hotel was easy. Visitor parking is available. The staff doesn't judge guests based on the kind and type of vehicles used. All are treated with respect. All in all a great experience and I will return to the Hyatt. Truly lived up to its reputation and brand. Security is pretty good. The hotel is gated. The ambience, music and overall look and feel is awesome.
Cons: The room mattress and linen could do with an overhaul.

Cons: Airport drop/pick up was too expensive as was breakfast buffet. Both should be included in room rate.

Pros: Very close to the airport with a great staff and super confortable room. A remote that controlled the TV and lights, and even the camera outside the room! Good food for breakfast and lunch was fine as well,
Cons: There is nothing really within walking distance. You have to drive to get anywhere. I had a driver for both days I was there.

Pros: The staff was wonderful. The free shuttle to and from the airport (about a 10 minute drive) was invaluable. Just email them, let them know your arrival details, and they will be there as promised--even in the wee hours of the night. The room was clean and comfortable. It allowed us to rest well, get a clean shower, and nice meal before the next stop on our itinerary.
Cons: This was not a bother to us, but be warned that the neighborhood is not upscale hotel after hotel. We always felt safe within the hotel, but would probably be careful about going out alone or at what time of day.

Pros: What didn't we like?! The managers and staff were incredibly helpful, meeting our every need. The chef and his cooks prepared five star meals throughout the day and the free buffet breakfast offered delicious western and Indian food. We highly recommend Suba Hotel and will return if the opportunity arises.

Pros: People are super friendly and helpful. Really good staff but the night shift front desk person was horrible and asked me if I planned to bring a prostitute which I found very insulting. The person kept on saying about the no Prostitute policy which don't care about but he said it out of the blue after giving me the room keys. That same person was also very condescending and rude next day in the morning.
Cons: Night shift front desk person. Very rude, insulting and made my whole experience bad. Just because I was single guy checking in he kept saying about prostitute policies which I found very insulting. I even asked him why does he think he needs to specify the policy to me and he said because you are young guy checking in alone.
