Pros: Customer Service

Pros: They somehow managed to make my wife and I feel like the only guests in the hotel. It seemed like there was nothing they couldn't to for us. The concierge brought someone in to set us up with SIM cards, tied up the loose ends in our travel booking with another Oberoi hotel, arranged for a car to take us to the airport set up a tour of Mumbai, as, well as a private cooking lesson with one of the chefs at one of the 3 restaurants on site. They also sent flowers up for my wife just because. It was such a wonderful experience that it's difficult to sum up. Bottom line, ignore any other option, or deal, or what-have-you. You will not find a more incredible experience anywhere.

Pros: We liked everything about the hotel, the rooms were very comfortable, the restaurants were extremely great, the staff was very hospital, friendly and professional, the location was convenient to many attractions and the hotel itself was simply gorgeous.

Pros: Shoaib at the breakfast room was very supportive.. I made sure that I sat at the same table. He looked after my needs perfectly. Thank you Vivanta president . This was my 3 rd stay at your hotel.

Pros: Attentiveness of service

Pros: Excellent and friendly staff from the minuet you arrive. Rooms are clean and nice with no frills. Air conditioning, ceiling fan and shower were all in good working order and a small privet balcony to let the fresh air in. Great location right near the sea walk (good for a run or walk), Church street station and a few restaurants. Also a good ice cream sandwich shop straight across the street.

Pros: The receiption is very nice and helpful.

Pros: Very unprepossessing outside and lift + reception on 5th floor is unusual. But rooms were excellent - comfortable, clean and most facilities.

Pros: The hotel is very basic. They tried to charge me more for the room and than what i had on my confirmation from booking.com. I would only suggest this hotel if you are a sudent or back packer.

Pros: Good value for money. The flop is when I return back the hotel promised staff me to give cheaper room . It turn out to be more expensive and inferior grade ie older room. Its not that fair

Pros: The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and let us have a late checkout while we waited for a night train. The internet room was great. Air conditioned!

Pros: The kindness of the hotel staff. Very serviceminded. Despite ugly outside facade and a strange entry, the rooms are very comfortable and nice.

Pros: Excellent service, wifi and breakfast included. Good location for restaurants and many tourist sights, but one to two hours from international airport depending on time of day travelling. I arrived at 8am weekday, exited airport at 9am and reached hotel at 11am ( 2 hrs in taxi at fixed price Rs 520-) Lots of reaturants in Colaba only 10/15minutes walk, best are Leopold (indian ),Basilica (italian), Picadilly (lebanese) and Mings Palace(chinese with chilli flavours )- all listed in trip advisor. Good spread at breakfast. Hoter restaurant food is excellent but obviously it is cheaper in some outside restaurants , (not Leopold or Basilica which are a bit pricey). Vegetarian restaurants seem to be cheapest .
