Pros (+) The decor was beautiful. The rooms were clean, sanitized, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was well maintained. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. Garage parking connected to the hotel was a plus. Location is across the street from the National WWII Museum so it was very convenient for our intended destination.
Cons (-) We can't think of anything else. It would be nice to revisit the hotel when COVID restrictions are lifted since dining facilities were very limited and the rooftop bar had a very limited menu that was not suited to someone with special diets, like us. So we could not eat in the hotel.

Cons (-) No hot water. No parking. Jacuzzi not working and had cold water. Pool was a bit cloudy. Customer service was poor. Wouldn’t recommend. Will not be staying there again.

Cons (-) Be prepared to pay for parking. There are garages everywhere, but hotel parking is valet only and $44 a day. It’s very convenient, and our car was always ready quickly, but it was not an expense we had budgeted for.

Cons (-) Vallet appeared to be the only parking option and it was $44 which was about half the price of the room. I hate hidden fees at hotels. The blanket on the bed was too warm for how the air conditioner cooled.

Pros (+) The staff was awesome. Went above and beyond to take care of my needs. My teenagers had a blast so must so we extended our stay an extra night.

Pros (+) Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, and within walking or trolley distance of everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Cons (-) I was excited to see they had comfort controlled beds, but the control was covered and you had to try to move it through the mattress cover. I also had a problem with my sheet popping off my bed, but in the big picture that was a small thing.
