Front staff was very helpful and accommodated any request. Hotel is missing on some top end amenities but was clean and comfortable.

Cons (-) Was told it was a conference center / riverfront view but was actually an entrance view with the front of the hotel covering any possible conference / riverfront view. Unable to change due to availability of room type. First day, room was not fully stocked with towels and soaps as the other days

The housekeeping staff starts their rounds before 9am and bang in and out of each room several times before moving on. I could hear them even when we’re on the other side of the floor. Pros (+) We enjoyed staying at the Omni. Very comfortable beds, courteous staff. Hotel is located away from all the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance of everything. There was an outlet center right across the street which was great too.
Pros (+) I thoroughly enjoyed my first trip to New Orleans, and our lodging was a big part of it. The room was clean, very comfortable bed. All of the staff was very helpful, the concierge gave us many tips.
