Checkin woman was not pleasant. But check out man at front desk was super nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Step out the front door onto Royal Street to the sights, sounds, and sips of New Orleans in the heart of The French Quarter! This was a return stay for us to The Wyndham French Quarter, and we were not disappointed! The hotel is within walking distance of anywhere in The French Quarter, restaurants are numerous and entertainment abounds right out the hotel door! Check in and valet parking were qui...

Staff was excellent and helpful. There were two things I did not like. Number one the advertisement for the hotel that I saw said that there was a restaurant on site. Wrong there was no restaurant on site. The advertisement also said free breakfast but that's wrong too there was no free breakfast.
Only a block to Bourbon St. Also only a block to streetcar transportation. Room had 2 double beds. So married couple wasn’t very comfortable sleeping together. Indoor pool was ok. Staff was very nice.
Pros: friendly and helpful staff, great location in French Quarter, nice view, bed was comfortable Cons: bathroom was super tiny, bathtub needs refinishing, building is rundown. I hated feeling grit on my feet from the bathtub. O...

Parking not being included is a bit of a downside but valet parking was overall done well.
The hotel was perfectly located on the edge of the French Quarter, just one-half block from Bourbon Street. Hotel had its own on-site parking which was extremely convenient although somewhat expensive. The parking crew always provided quick and courteous service. I would stay at this location on my next visit.
Pros (+) Great location and room is always cold to our liking.
Cons (-) Nothing
Pros (+) Nice staff Location to activities
Pros (+) Close to city center
Cons (-) Less pushy sales people Disguised as the concierge
