Pros: I rented 3 cars from Thrifty in downtown Rome, Olbia (Sardegna) and Napoli (airport). Staff was helpful and I got the car in 15-20 minutes in Rome and Napoli but it took ~40 minutes in Olbia. The cars worked well, were new and matched or exceeded what I have reserved. Drop off was quick.
Cons: Accelerate the pick up time. Ensure the estimated costs match what the customer pays at the end.

Did not get the car I contracted for on online. Very disappointed!
Pros: Ez drop off.
Cons: I got a car I wasn't expecting. My online price was $170 US. Plus full insurance. I paid over $450US. I paid far too much for a car I didn't expect - unless the charge for full insurance was over $275. So please check my original online reservation and add the insurance coverage. Then compare that to my bill. Can you see why I am very disappointed and believe that I was seriously over-charged! Please respond and include my billing statement with the breakdown of the costs. I appreciate you attention to my complaint. Thank you, Anthony

Pros: Alquilé 3 coches de Thrifty en el centro de Roma, Olbia (Sardegna) y Napoli (aeropuerto). El personal era servicial y cogí el coche en 15 a 20 minutos en Roma y Nápoles, pero en Olbia tardé unos 40 minutos. Los coches funcionaron bien, eran nuevos y se igualaron o superaron lo que he reservado. La caída fue rápida.
