    He front desk ladies were always nice and helpful and the amenities they offer like beach towels, bikes etc were great!

    The staff were extremely helpful and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us when we arrived.

    The first rooms airconditioning did not work, we were shifted to another room. But it was not a studio apartment it was a tiny hotel room. The bathroom had quite a bit of mould in it and the whole room could have had a better clean. When the tissues and soap ran out they did not replace them.

    We had a spa suite, which had plenty of room and big Jacuzzi. Internet Connection was faster than anywhere else in hotels in Australia.

    .. Internet connection was a bit messy to use, only 3 hour and ½ hour coupons. As an ICT pro... I was told by personnel , that I can't use it properly (lowers the personnel grade...)
