I’m currently trying to have the charges to my credit card refunded. I used a card that is only digital and they refused to accept it since they don’t have card machines that take chip/tap payments. As of now I have paid twice. The employee was rude and not helpful with understanding their odd pick up process. I’ve never had to go out into the lot and pick a car I wanted and just jump in and drive off. It was easy but confusing and had to get someone from the car return area to assist me. The car was not in the best condition as far as cleanliness. The interior of the windshield was dirty with smudges and I ended up going to a car wash. Normally I would just clean the windshield myself but as a traveler the cost of winded, towels and the fact that most of it would be wasted was just as cost effective as a basic car wash. Knowing how this works now I would use fox again but I will not accept another car that had visibility issues from a dirty windshield. If customer service was good and the process explained thoroughly it would have been a much better experience. As of now I’d give it a 2 out of 5 ….. you get what you pay for.

Pros:

Check-in was bad. Took to long. Agent tried to update us too much. Turn-in was excellent.

Cons:

Make the check-in faster without trying to sale more upgrades.

We loved the EXCELLENT customer service we received when we picked up the car (the person that helped us is named Keti). However, when we got home they told us we damaged the car in 3 places. THIS IS A HORRIBLE LIE!!!! We only went to the hotel, to a wedding reception the next day, back to the hotel, then to a wedding the next day and back to hotel, then the airport. And we always park far away from other vehicles!!! Oh, and the Ford Bronco that we drove only had 38,000 miles on it and it was horribly uncomfortable. Brakes squeaked, and it didn't drive smoothly. And I wouldn't have even mentioned this part but since we were accused of damaging the car...

This entire experience was awful. Make sure to read the fine print: - NOT LOCATED at airport - Do NOT provide a reliable shuttle service (you may need to Uber from the airport) to their “Las Vegas Location”) - “Office” is a trailer. 1+ hour wait in a lineup in the sun (we ended up calling it off after 1 hour and left). This is a borderline scam please read fine print. Better off pickup up at airport and saving yourself 2+ hours of shuttling and waiting for their office staff.

It was TERRIBLE! I reserved a car weeks on advance only to be told none were available. Also, the employees swore and there were $500 deposits required for every random thing, such as driving the car out of state and being an in-state resident. Completely bizarre experience.

The rental location was not at the airport rental center. There is apparently a shuttle to take you to Easirent but its schedule is nonexistent. Getting through the paperwork and renting a car takes 20 minutes per customer at an absolute minimum and the line is continually out the door. Their claim of unlimited mileage only applies if you don't leave the state. The Las Vegas location is very close to two state lines. This is not unlimited mileage. Easirent also has a ridiculous insurance policy. Your insurance card does not generally provide the information they require to prove you're covered so you end up buying their insurance just to be done with the whole process. By far the worst rental car experience I've ever had.

Picked up the car super dirty. Was not washed at all. It was embarrassing driving down the strip with a dirty car like this.
