Pros:
The van was clean.Cons:
They called to confirm our rentals the day before. The following day they called an hour before our pickup time to tell us they did not have our 2 15 passenger vans available . Our trip was delayed 3 hours and we missed a reservation for non-refundable tickets and we arrived to our destination in the middle of the night instead of dinner time and had to spend and additional $300 on food on the way knowing we wouldn’t have time to cook when we arrived. We had 30 teenage girls sitting in the Vegas sun waiting for 2 vans for 2 hours. We eventually finally received one van (with the gas tank less than half full) and had to borrow a van from a family at church and inconvenience them for the week. We went to drop off at our designated time and the store is closed with no after hours drop off and we can’t get ahold of anyone to figure out how to return it. They are also closed today so we are still waiting to hear from someone on how to return the vehicle. We have tried calling other enterprise locations and none of them will pick up their phones. Overall worst experience I have ever had with car rentals.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I was sent to 3 separate locations in order to find a lot that actually had a car. All rides I had to pay for. I was supposed to pick my car up by noon and didnt end up with one until late evening.keddy by Europcar
