When our flight finally arrived in Las Vegas and we were able to get our luggage, we made our way to the Enterprise pick up location, ONLY TO FIND THAT THE LOCATION WAS CLOSED. We had to scramble, make another reservation with Enterprise, settle for a lesser car (but it was still nice) and then pay a taxi to shuttle us, with luggage, to a different Enterprise Car Rental location. Needless to say, I need Kayak to reimburse me for the reservation because a participating vendor of Kayak never communicated with us that there location closes by noon on Saturday in a city that doesn’t begin to come alive until noon ore 1:00. Please confirm as soon as the refund has processed.Reviewed 13 Oct 2024

Overall good. However, we found the previous renter’s cell phone in the Qi console charger the day after we picked up the car (which was Sept. 8). This discovery required us making a special trip back to the Enterprise rental counter (at Las Vegas) on Sept. 9 where we waited in line and turned in the phone (that belonged to a “Chris”) before we could leave town and start our trip. We first called Enterprise and explained what happened but we received no help or guidance. Also we found an empty Red Bull aluminum can under the front passenger seat and an old credit card receipt under the driver’s seat. We hope that Enterprise was able to get the cell phone back to Chris (who we were able to talk to and explain to him that we were turning in his phone to the LV customer service desk).Reviewed 19 Sept 2024

Truck was ordered a week ahead. No call no email no communication at all to let us know that it would not be available when we arrived to pick it up. So when we arrived to pick it up at that time, they told us that it was broken and not available. Staff truly didn’t care. After an hour and a half wait we were offered a compact SUV at same price as premium premium truck. No suggestion or offer to reduce price to appropriate price. We walked. Staff truly did not care.Reviewed 3 June 2024

Overall, it was fine. My only complaint was that I paid for them to fill up the tank upon return. I was led to believe they would fill to the point of fullness and only charge me for that. We got so close to empty that I went ahead and filled up to that point, and then got charged for it anyway. The tank was only HALF full when we picked up the car. So, by the end of the day we were hovering on fumes. That's why I went ahead and filled it back up to half, thinking that I wouldn't then have to pay any gas fees. I think it's ridiculous to be given a car with a tank that is only half full, and then be told that I should return the car with an empty tank and then they would charge me to fill it back up to the half way mark. Isn't that taking quite a chance, to simply HOPE that you don't run out of gas on the interstate one mile away from the rental? Every rental should always have a mostly full tank - or else you should only be charged for the actual gas they have to pump in at the end of your trip. It's insane that I should just hope and pray I don't run out of gas in order to avoid paying for gas that is literally already in the car when I return it.Reviewed 31 May 2024

They had me renting a car that was 55$ cab ride from the airport. When we arrived they did not have the car I had reserved. I was upset and she said they never have that specific car at this spot and it’s only ever at the airport. They tried putting me in car that was not comparable but I was still expected to pay the premium price. We went back to the airport only to find out we were now on the DO NOT RENT TO!! We ended renting from SixT and they were a lot more helpful! They didn’t lie to us and it was way cheaper. Enterprise and eat 💩 and live!!!!Reviewed 7 May 2024

Turn-in at the Ridgecrest office was superb! Car condition was excellent! Pick-up counter was manned with just two agents for regular customers, took about 30 minutes to get to an agent. Had no clue about being able to check-in on-line. I still don’t know what the on-line check-in entails.Reviewed 16 Apr 2024
