Pros:
Customer service doesn't answer the phone. We had multiple issues with the car that probably could have been resolved by phone but they are not answering their phone lines due to covid. Emails take 5 days to get a response. We ended up having to drive 2 hours out of our way to take the car back because we just wanted to switch to another company.Cons:

The staff in Las Vegas at The D Casino location was great. Joe and Raul were excellent in making sure that our experience was positive and we were taken care of.Cons:
Cruise control on our vehicle didn't work. Contacted local offices in Bakersfield and Fresno neither of which resolved our problem. Finally directed to roadside assistance who took care of it for us.8.0 Very Good

The ability to add insurance, and the legislation matters and differences between different states. I think you need to make it more clear to the costumer before he or she will rent the car.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was very friendly and helped get me a vehicle while they were dealing with an issue from another rental that was complicating vehicles for the day's rental. They actually upgraded my rental from a car to a suburban at no extra charge. Thanks!Cons:

Cons:
I was in town shopping for homes, I drove in with my business partner and he had the truck for the day. Took an uber over to pick up my reserved vehicle and they wouldn't let me rent without a credit card or proof of a flight. I had neither and they turned me down. Needless to say it was a major hassle.2.0 Poor

I was sent to 3 separate locations in order to find a lot that actually had a car. All rides I had to pay for. I was supposed to pick my car up by noon and didnt end up with one until late evening.8.0 Very Good

booked hoping to get a Ford Mustang. Although I recognize It was advertised that it would be a Ford Mustang or another convertible we ended up with a mini which was still cool but kind of disappointing. Would have just booked a cheaper car if we had known we couldn't get the Ford Mustang.Avis

Nothing at this location, which was at the Four Queens Casino.Cons:
After booking our car, we took a Lyft across Las Vegas, and upon arriving at the hotel to pick up a car, I get a call saying there are no cars left. How was I able to reserve one then, just 45 minutes ago? Beyond that, the girl working the Avis desk was pretty dismissive about the situation, and offered no solutions. Customer service is not A wise career choice for her. We had to call all over town looking for a rental company with a one-way rental car (we had a cancelled flight and needed to drive back to Oregon asap). After several calls and searching various companies, we end up finding a car... WITH AVIS! How could the Avis worker we just spoke to not look that up? So, back into another Lyft to take us basically to the part of the strip that we had just come from! We spent about $40.00 on just taking Lyft in a circle. The Monte Carlo Avis staff was great and upgraded us for free, but that will be for separate review, as we had to make a separate reservation for that car.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I went to me “go-to” auto rental place and they were too expensive ! Thankfully I came across Kayak! And I found the perfect rental from Budget at a jaw dropping rate. I actually went back about 10 times (if not more) to confirm the price because I couldn’t believe the low rate I was getting. The day I went to pick up Rosario was incredibly helpful and she made the process very easy (it had been a stressful morning), but she did everything in her hands to made sure we got what we needed. Excellent friendly customer service.Cons:
The only complaint I have is that the vehicle hadn’t been completely cleaned when I picked it up. There was trash in the back seat pocket and soda stains on the inside of the back doors.4.8 Mediocre

Overall the vehicle was very nice and the location of the rental kiosk was very convenientCons:
Our car wasn't ready when we got there. At first we were told we wouldn't even be getting the convertible that we asked for because both of the vehicles they had were due for maintenance and dirty. Finally the guy helping us went out to check them and after waiting for 45 from our original pickup time so that they could clean it, we were able to get the car we had reserved. It was a pleasant experience from that point forward but I was not impressed with them not having a car ready that had been reserved with 24 hours notice.10.0 Wonderful
