The day picking my rental, they said that the Kayak rep made a mistake and the truck was not available, and said Enterprise can put me on a wait list, not only I wasted 2 hours wondering what just happen, and left empty handed, no apology, no offering any solution, not even a discount if I was letting them put me in a wait list, it ruined my time off with my buddy from High school, we ended up renting a U Haul box 24 ft truck only thing they had to tow the boat my friend rented with out any issue, we had 3 days for the vacation, and we used 1 of it just to rent a box truck because Kayak and Enterprise did not deliver the reservation we agreed on, bad business and me and my family and friend will not ever spend a penny at Enterprise, I did talk to my attorney in the bait and switch after a binding agreement in a rental vehicle, especially it’s from Enterprise set up by Kayak, I travel a lot and visits family and friends a lot, I rented over almost one hundred of car from Enterprise, always used Price.com, and my wife wanted to try Kayak, what a mistake, never in my life stuff like this happened, because people cared and always taking care guest, if company made a mistake, I do know any big Corporation spend hundred of thousand of dollars to get guest doing business with them, that’s what I do, and just take 1 or 2 employee who don’t care about the guest your company spend money on, and lost my and my family plus friends business, keep it up see how long can your company afford to do this to any guest from your company, it just a truck!! Nothings at all!! But to ruin a high school class vacation is priceless, how do you plan to pay that back!!!

Car was excellent - we were not As seniors we 'fell' into the lower ride & had to 'climb' out. Once we were going it was great though. Never driven a BMW before - bit of a learning curve - but okay. We have a KIA Forte sedan (w upgraded tires) & the BMW handled about the same.

We loved the EXCELLENT customer service we received when we picked up the car (the person that helped us is named Keti). However, when we got home they told us we damaged the car in 3 places. THIS IS A HORRIBLE LIE!!!! We only went to the hotel, to a wedding reception the next day, back to the hotel, then to a wedding the next day and back to hotel, then the airport. And we always park far away from other vehicles!!! Oh, and the Ford Bronco that we drove only had 38,000 miles on it and it was horribly uncomfortable. Brakes squeaked, and it didn't drive smoothly. And I wouldn't have even mentioned this part but since we were accused of damaging the car...

I’m currently trying to have the charges to my credit card refunded. I used a card that is only digital and they refused to accept it since they don’t have card machines that take chip/tap payments. As of now I have paid twice. The employee was rude and not helpful with understanding their odd pick up process. I’ve never had to go out into the lot and pick a car I wanted and just jump in and drive off. It was easy but confusing and had to get someone from the car return area to assist me. The car was not in the best condition as far as cleanliness. The interior of the windshield was dirty with smudges and I ended up going to a car wash. Normally I would just clean the windshield myself but as a traveler the cost of winded, towels and the fact that most of it would be wasted was just as cost effective as a basic car wash. Knowing how this works now I would use fox again but I will not accept another car that had visibility issues from a dirty windshield. If customer service was good and the process explained thoroughly it would have been a much better experience. As of now I’d give it a 2 out of 5 ….. you get what you pay for.
