We opted for an upgrade & our room was very spacious with a large bedroom and separate living room. They allowed us to get a late check out so that we could enjoy breakfast at Mother’s Bistro (inside the hotel). Our only complaint was the outrageous fee of $59 to park our car for the night. That’s double what most downtown hotels charge. But, that was the only negative.

Cons (-) I've stayed at embassy Suites before because of the made to order breakfast and the afternoon appetizers and drinks. You should have posted it up front that it was canceled, YOU DON'T

Cons (-) The staff was nice but we was told that breakfast was from 6:30am-10am and we went downstairs about 945am and was told technically breakfast was over at 930. Then our room was cold because we couldn’t get our thermostat to switch from cool to heat.
Pros (+) Loved the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed the food.
Cons (-) My room wasn't totally clean and I didn't like the dirty dishes that were always in the hall.

Cons (-) Having to use Valet parking. Rather a forced choice, because of logistics, then end up in public parking area anyway. Location was horrible. Maybe for some tastes is ok. Rough inner city, area. Not a place for going for walks or taking a young family. Sorry, we love Embassy Suites, but won't return to this one. Again, hotel inside was great. The surroundings not so much.
