Pros: The hotel is close to many great restaurants and theater. The staff were amazing - and the attention to detail and creative touches are very appreciated.
Cons: No shelf or counter in the bathroom is annoying - but the ambiance and details outweigh that!

Pros: Easy to find right by providence park stadium where I was going to watch a game
Cons: Pricy for how small the room was and my view was of a roof looking across to other rooms and the curtains didn’t close all the way. The bathroom fixtures were loose and falling off. I could have gotten a cheap motel room and just used the train and saved money if I would have known.

Pros: Loved the hotel theme and everything was quite comfortable. The bed was like laying in a cloud. There was always a doorman at the front door to open the door for you. And the Driftwood Bar was exactly the kind of place I want to have a drink.
Cons: The bathroom needs more counter/shelf space to put your things. The bath towels were on the small side and not very soft. While comfortable, the bed was not at all firm.

Pros: They found dairy free options for my son with food allergies and brought them to our room.
Cons: The heat/AC didn’t work properly and our room was way too hot all night no matter how much I adjusted the temp

Pros: Great location and decor. Well maintained and clean. Downtown and Washington Park were easily accessible by foot and the light rail. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: Room was incredibly small, especially compared to the Marriotts I stay at for business. My room was also next to the elevators so glad I brought my ear plugs.

Cons: Justlocation is just a bit out of way but that could considered both a positive as well as negative

Pros: Helpful staff, great items in the fridge and kitchenette with an eye on local, sustainable, etc. Some reviews had poopooed the place, so I was literally STUNNED at the shining lobby and great room. Great price, great location.
Cons: Its not top-shelf, bu that's what I sought it out for.

Pros: For the money, this was a great value! The price was so much better than the airport hotels, and it was only a few exits SW of downtown on I-5. The property was VERY clean, very nice and well-kept. For an independently owned hotel, the owners have obviously worked very hard to keep pace with the offerings of the major chains. I would definitely recommend.
Cons: I do wish the breakfast was a little more robust (eggs, or bacon or sausage), but really the food was fine for the price we paid for the room. No complaints, really.

Pros: People at the desk were very friendly. The area had a couple sketchy characters about and the night desk clerk roved the premises for safety. Loved that since I was walking the dog alone.
Cons: Overall a great stop for the cheap cost.

Pros: We booked a 1-King-bed room. Our 5yr old grandson ended up coming with us, so we called & asked if we could switch rooms. The very pleasant woman said, "Oh, you don't need to - there's a hide-a-bed in the room." When we arrived after 9pm, tired after driving all day, the man at the front desk said they don't even have hide-a-beds anymore. We were forced to pay $10 more for the last 2-queen room. Irritating.

Pros: Room was nice and clean the restaurant next door had Goidelic food but is expensive. They have a sweet white wine, it's a chateau st Michele I think that is excellent.
Cons: The room is not extraordinary, it's a hotel room, ours had a view of the parking lot. The parking is valet only which I'm not a fan of.

Pros: comfortable beds, scenery, walking path, restaurant
Cons: I asked for a quiet room. I was told I had one but it was near the elevators. I also requested floor 4 or 5 but was told not available. A lady checked in, was told her mountain view room was not available and she was upgraded to river view at no charge, upper floor. this was after I checked in. The staff could have accomodated me but didn't.

Pros: Location was nice. Quiet, nice staff. No room facing the river has a river view, just a view of the trees but it still peaceful.
Cons: The rooms are outdated. The bed (mattress)has been used for some time, it was like sleeping in a hole. cleanliness was fair, could be better. Overall it was a solid 3stars no more.

Pros: As almost all travellers to this location (out of city center) arrive by car, they need to more prominantly warn customers that the actual cost for a night stay includes $30 charge.
