Outstanding. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Booked a wonderful tour to the Douro valley for me, hotel was very clean and well kept.

We were only in town for one night to see a show down the street. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. No complaints.
The breakfast is a little expensive. It's worth it to get much cheaper breakfast at one of the many cafes and restaurants in the area.

Great hotel near the city centre and right in front of the metro, beds were amazing super comfy, Excellent WiFi, staff also very nice.
There were doing some construction work outside so was a bit noisy during the day but it’s not the hotel’s fault.
