Pros:
Nothing, they wouldn't rent us the car.Cons:
Since they overbooked the car rentals they wouldn't honor ours because they don't get paid as much commision from online and since my flight was delayed they wouldn't let my friend pick up the car. I tried to add him as a driver and spoke to them over the phone giving him permission (but they purposely locked us out of the system and wouldn't permit and changes online). As a result all the cars on the island were rented and we were without a car. Very disappointed - I was paying more for Avis than other rentals because I assumed they would be professional and reliable. I was wrong.Europcar
