The man who helped us at pickup was really nice and helpful. He even allowed us to drop the car off at the airport due to us having to wait a little bit because he was helping someone else, which wasn't inconvenient for us. Excellent customer service.Cons:

This place was a little farther away from the airport than expected. Had to take a cab ride there, and they close at 5 pm which I didn’t see originally. The service was great and everything was painless.Cons:

Cons:
I would recommend fans outside in the waiting area for customers. I waited with my husband approximately 1 1/2 hour waiting for my car. We had to ask someone to assist us from easeway because the representative from Dollar was no where to be found. When he did find him, he was just sitting at the front with no care in the world. Never approached us not even once to collected our information to collect our car. Merging the Parking lots with other companies what a hot mess. It lack customer service!!! The car drop was good. The year and model of the car was good even for 4 people and luggage.Cons:
The lady at the desk when I got there tried to haggle the price with me stating “additional domestic fee” even though I had the paper to prove the price with fee. She later dropped the price some but not all the way to what I had been told when booking. She seemed very upset I didn’t allow her to run over me with fees and add ins.U-Save

That particular location did not have an airport shuttle, the shuttle took me to another location where I had to take a cab to the correct location, which was a total drag since I was coming from the airport.Cons:

Enrique was super helpful and efficient whIle renting the car. Our reservation was ready and was exactly what we needed. He gave us helpful tips on where to eat around town and made everything so easy after a long trip into Puerto Rico.Cons:
