Cons: I recommend for any visit, especially relaxing romantic weekend

Cons: Used condom wrapper in the drawer. Need i say more.

Cons: I had called ahead to make sure I coukd check in late, but when i got there, I couldn't find the front desk person (or anyone) for 5 minutes, then when I finally found her, she found my reservation, but couldn't tell what rooms were available & so had to call her manager, and long story short, it was just over half an hour between when I walked in the front door and walked into my room. She said it was her second day, which I can only imagine is really overwhelming, so I was trying to be patient, and I've had good experiences every other time I've stayed there, but i have to say, this one left a sour taste in my mouth.

Cons: Difficult to get to (in the middle of a neighborhood) Staff wouldn't print me a receipt (big issue on business travel) Pool / spa could be open later

Cons: The only thing I can critique is we were there on a Saturday and there's was nothing special for dinner. The bar food was ok and room service food was ok. No restaurants walking distance but no big deal. Everything was releasing

Cons: I had only one night to explore the mansion and surroundings.

Cons: The furnishings in the room were old, old, old, and poorly decorated.

Cons: We did not get what was advertised. The balcony over looking the rose garden was no balcony with a view of the parking lot. The Jr, suite does not have a private bedroom. Staff upon check in were rude.

Cons: Lots of noise from the riffraff that stays here.

Cons: Them keeping my hard earned money

Cons: The name given for this hotel is "Days Inn San Jose Convention Center." It is actually nowhere near the convention center -- you have to drive 15-20 minutes to get there. Additionally, the hotel is not clean or well-kept. The door in our hotel room had clearly been kicked in at some point, and the security lock was broken because of this. You had to kind of finesse the door into the right place to lock the door. There were stains on the carpet, the finish on the faucet in the bathroom was peeling off, there were holes in the bathroom wall where the towel rack had been at one point (it had apparently been moved for some reason?), chips in the floor tile, and the room smelled a little funky. This was a last-minute arrangement for my husband and I, and we chose the hotel because we thought it was near the convention center. I will be much more careful about my hotel selection in the future, because I did not feel comfortable or safe staying here.
