Pros: pickup was more or less easy
Cons: drop off location at Menorca airport took me around 20 min to figure out the park entrance. really hard to get to know the unique entrance in a really not friendly user location as 6 AM. lost a lot of time, no clear instruction or signals.

Pros: There was a car
Cons: They said they lost the key after drop off and now I'm stuck dealing with them to get back my deposit
