Pros: Located perfectly just a block away from the Paulista with access to the great metro system. Few blocks away from MASP.
The breakfast is very elegant, served in a delightful space and everything that was served was absolutely delicious.
The staff was super attentive, cordial, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Our room was clean, nicely designed and very spacious.

Pros: Hotel was excellent, staff was amazing, especially Fillipe who helped me out loads. A mistake was made to my booking and I was upgraded. This hotel is a true 5 star experience... and it charges 5 star rates... however, I thought the 5 star rates were competitive with other 5 star hotels. Everything really was to the expected standard so I give it full marks.

Pros: A neat, nicely decorated, wall placed hotel in the center of the city, not two minutes walking from the busy Av. Paulista and the MASP museum. It's safe to walk around both during daytime and night. The staff is efficient and good humoured, though they indulge themselves a bit to much in ocasions. The spa, gym and restaurants ara A-class but a bit too expensive. I would have appreciated some all-inclusivce offers as to take more advantage to what the premises have to offer. Excellent on the whole, though.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely location, near shops, restaurants, etc. The little outdoor heated pool amongst sofas etc was very pleasant. I was able to do some work seating in the sunshine, excellent for Londoners. The common areas are trendier than the actual rooms which are bit traditional. Overall a pleasant stay.

Pros: Hotel is based in a charming old building of some sort. They weren't able to locate my Kayak reservation without the full confirmation, so fortunately I had brought that along. I was surprised that the included wi-fi was so bad although it worked better towards the front side of the room. Breakfast was nice with good service. Used their taxi into GRU which was professional and reasonable.

Such a lovely welcome. Great room and amazing breakfasts. The added and unexpected extras such as sparkling wine, chocolate and the japanese hot tub made the stay very special. Thank you to all the staff at L'Hotel Porto Bay.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. I like the chinese jaccuzi, but remember, you have to call to reserve it, it takes time for it to heat up (free of charge). The pool and gym are bit too small but sufficient. The breakfast is good. I would definitely go back. While in SP, make sure to visit Skybar at hotel unique (the view and atmosphere is marvelous)

Pros: If the price/quality ration stays the same, this will probably become my best address in Sao Paulo. Maybe not 100% full five star but the service is extreemly high quality, rooms are very confortable (bathrooms a little small) and breakfast is perfect. Location is good as well.

Boa Mesa restaurant serves the best of São Paulo's cuisine and the bar area is available 24 hours for that traditional happy hour. Ibis Avenida Paulista is dog friendly, but only 1 dog per apartment (for fees).
