Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for money. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness, with some guests finding rooms and bathrooms clean while others noted issues like humidity, mold, and insufficient cleaning. The bathrooms, in particular, received frequent negative comments regarding cleanliness, broken amenities, and lack of hot water. Overall, the hotel is seen as a practical and affordable choice, especially for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and bathroom facilities are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
