Beautiful, historic building. Rooms are clean on the surface but wiring behind the bed looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. We were traveling with kids and no amenities provided for kids

Cons (-) We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Cons (-) We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.
