Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. My only observation is that my wife and I were too hot at night, even sleeping just on top of the comforter with the bedroom's portable air conditioner on high. It was early May on a cold rainy day. We prefer to be cold when we sleep, so this will not apply to everyone, but I wouldn't want to stay at this hotel during the hot Summer.

Jerry helped us with our bags, showed us around the hotel--giving a great history of the décor, and then walked us up to our room. He gave us advice on where to go and what to do.
