Pros: The breakfast buffet (included in our stay) was awesome. It was a great selection various types of food and always fresh. Definitely a great way to start your morning before a full day of Seoul exploring. I loved finishing the day off with a trip to the onsen. The pools were relaxing and never too busy.
Cons: Depending on which metro station you get off at, you are either climbing a hill or going down one. So be careful with your luggage.

Pros: Dormy inn Gangnam was very new - rooms are spacious and clean, bed is firm, bathroom water pressure good. The location is convenient, a 5 minute walk to shin nonhyeon station or you can walk down Gangnam road a further 10 minutes to get to Gangnam station. A number of bus services usually stop at Kyobo Tower down the street. Arriving at Dormy Inn from Incheon airport is easy - get the 6703 KAL bus from the airport at either stand 4A or 10B, costs 16,000 won. Get off at the 4th stop (Novotel Ambassador) and Dormy Inn is just next door. Breakfast had a wide selection of western and Korean food. Wifi is fast and reliable. Would stay again.
Cons: No complaints about the overall facilities. Pillows could be thicker and aircon was not very intuitive to use

Pros: Location is perfect. Much within walking distance, but the Seoul Metro is right outside the front entrance. Interior design of the room was wonderful, with more than adequate amenities. Complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated after a long stay. The photos and reviews set high expectations, but the experience was even better. After stays in B&Bs, corporate apartments, luxury hotels, and everything in between across Europe and the US, Park Hyatt Seoul is at the top of my list of places to stay. Be sure to try the breakfast and buffet. It isn't cheap, but it's well worth the price. Service and staff, location, cleanliness, amenities, size, and decor all get five stars. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.
Cons: Only (minor) complaint is the elevator. You must go to the lobby at the top, transfer elevators, swipe your room key, then go down. Every time we left the room we would accidentally try to go down when you must go up to leave.

Pros: I liked the size of the room. I stayed in the standard room and it was wide and comfortable. The greatest thing was that the toilet was with bedit. The cleaning service was very good. The location was good. 2 minutes walking the subway station and just across the street there were restaurant and cafes and money exchange and 7/11 and other small market shops.
Cons: The laundry service could've been better. Only one washing machine and one dryer existed. More would be appreciated.

Pros: Facilities were really nice. Fitness center, spa/sauna(for 5000 KRW), and restaurant were all excellent. Rooftop bar was also great. Room was small, but it had everything i needed- clean and comfortable. I had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel and I'd definitely go back.

Cons: 1 - We had a room upgrade and it was still a minuscule room. 2 - It was 25 degrees celsius at all times in the room with no way to control this. Can't sleep comfortably at 25. 3 - They charge 15$ to use the hot tub. Why? It's there and nobody is using it because they charge.
