Pros: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.
Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Cons: Not really in the centre of Seville at least 20 minute walk to main sights, but there is a tram a few minutes down the road you can catch. Easy to find from Santa Justa station which is only 2 stops on the bus from the airport.

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the location was quite nice and convenient, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spectacular.
Cons: The hotel was undergoing a major renovation. Near constant construction noise could be heard throughout the day. The staff kindly switched our room to a less noisy one, though the noise could still be heard. In my opinion, the hotel should not be open to guests during such a major construction!

Pros: The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.

Pros: This location was far from the touristy things to do. It is however right across the street from the train station so walk! The breakfast was excellent it would be a great space for a convention. The pool is very nice but the gym is just ok.
Cons: The gym could be better. One treadmill is broken. There is no way to start the fan. No way to control the music.

Pros: The Ayre has a mauve and purple theme which is pleasant set in a delightful modern decor. There is a pool, though a bit small and a buffet (which I did not have) for breakfast (for a fee), For a short night in Seville it was so convenient to be able to walk to the Train station, with luggage in tow. I asked for a quieter room as there were many on my floor and they immediately moved me. They have toiletries and more than I needed.
Cons: I wish it had been 10 euros less, but in end I would stay again if I needed to take the train.

Cons: I plugged in November 8-12th as my dates. When I clicked view deal it appeared I was getting those dates as they still appeared at the top of the screen. So I clicked book it, it was a non refundable rate. Then it showed the September date booked. Immediately called Getaroom and they were supposed to fix it, still have not heard back.

Cons: Advertised as an airport hotel with shuttle. Ten minutes from airport and shuttle didn't run until 9:00 am. Had to take a taxi that cost me 30 Euros, half the cost of the room. Would not stay here again.

Cons: Brand new property however the location is out in the sticks. They have limited parking so coming in a car might be an issue. You can use the shuttle they provide but that has limited hours and availability basically you are screwed either ways. Taxi to train station charged Euro 22 whereas a day before it charged us Euro 11 what happened? Will tell you, they charge a premium to come get you at the hotel and the staff there doesn't even know that's the case. My friends and I were disappointed with our stay at the property purely because of poor location.

Pros: Hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and patio, excellent staff and service, wonderful food at the on-site restaurant, comfortable rooms, modern gym and business office facilities, free laundry. Grocery store around the corner of needed. Free daily shuttles to the city centre. What more could you ask for? Excellent hotel.

Cons: It was old but it was not nicely renovated. The rooms especially the floors appeared untidy and unclean, the old pipes were showing. . Overall, the atmosphere gave me an icky feeling. The walls were very thin, you could here shouting outside till the wee hours of the morning and you can here the very minute noise from the other guests inside the hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable andthe pillows were a joke, very thin overused and flat.

Pros: Staff was extraordinarily friendly. After chatting for a little while, they invited me the staff room to watch Black Mirror later that night. They had a bottle of wine and some cigarette they shared. Talked about music and cities we'd visited. A great place to make friends. Also, so very close to the cathedral and the alcazar. Fantastic.

Pros: Location - excellent. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, and other parts of the old city. Restaurants and cafe bars are nearby. Hotel - the building is pretty with a Spanish tiled hallway and central courtyard. Staff - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room - The room was clean and large. There are tea/coffee making facilities. There is a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. Wi-fi excellent. Price was decent, so all in all pretty happy with everything.
