Pros:
The staff was friendly, fast, and thorough. The rep walked around the car with me to check for pre-existing damage. My car was clean amd comfortable.Cons:
I rented from an off-airport location due to the low amount of vehicles available in the city. Although Enterprise will "come pick you up", they cannot do that if you're at the airport. So I had to add a $35 Uber ride to the total. The rental was WAY overpriced for a Nissan Altima ($96/day), but they did not have to add a slew of additional fees like the airport places. But the staff were a good group of people. None of that stuff was in their control. I also dropped the car off before they opened. It was weird just leaving the car there, and putting keys in a drop box. I am used to airport locations with 24-hour presence. I never got a phone call or email letting me know they received the vehicle back. I only dropped it off about an hour before they opened, I'm sure it was fine.8.0 Very Good

When i booked the reservation i typed in AUS for Austin airport the first item that popped up was offsite. did not realize it was off site until the day off and on site was out of cars. ended up paying a lot more. Kayak automatically booked my reservation when i was just trying to see the total cost5.6 Fair

My car was not ready and it was the wrong type, then they upgraded to a truck, but the truck was extremely dented and dirty. Finally they got me into a Ford Fusion, but it needed to be cleaned as well.9.6 Wonderful

The staff at both ends was great. Friendly, pleasant, very helpful. We had a bit of a problem locating Enterprise at the Dallas Love Airport because we hadn't driven far enough for car rental return.Cons:

I made a reservation that I thought was an airport pickup but somehow Kayak turned it into a pickup at the other end of Austin. Luckily Avis at airport was able to find me a car - but it cost a lot more than my reservation. Won't book cars through Kayak again2.0 Poor

Pick up at Austin-Bergstrom Airport was awful. There was only one person at the counter and we waited more than 30 minutes for service, even though there were only two people ahead of us. The clerk at the counter was surly and did not have a pleasant demeanor. All the other rental counters at that location had a minimum of 3 people and the lines moved quickly. The car was a Toyota Corolla. It was OK, although it did smell like someone was smoking inside and was not clean outside. Windows were noticeably dirty.10.0 Wonderful

I showed up late to my reservation so the rate changed, increasing my bill for a one-week rental by $150, which was my fault. But the agent at the desk didn't tell me my rate was increasing, instead obfuscating the increase with a bunch of fees, one of which was a fee for prepaid gas which I explicitly declined. I called support to inquire about the rate increase, which I only noticed later, and it took over an hour to get a straight answer. During that call the service agent said she'd remove the prepaid gas free, since I declined it, and she didn't. So... yeah, the car functioned fine but the customer service was terrible.7.2 Good

It turns out my car was reserved at a place 15 miles across town. They told me if I wanted a car at the airport it would be 4 times the amount. There was no shuttle to the other place.
