Branch Manager, Marcos Alarcon, is a conman (hence the last name). I arrived to pick up my reserved vehicle, and was denied for various reasons that were not disclosed in writing prior to arrival. His tone in delivery only allows my mind to be creative on what the underlying issue could be.

Nice staff. Okay car altho they pushed electric vehicles but it would have taken one hour to sit and wait for a recharge. It was very expensive and we used Uber for the rest of our visit to Texas.

Terrible experience. They cancelled on me and several other customers (at least) despite booking months in advance. Didn't even give an email or voicemail notice! Found out at the time of the rental pick up. They didn't provide any solutions or reimbursements, only half hearted apologies. They also didn't reimburse the Uber wasted on heading over to the Hertz rental office! Such terrible customer service. They could only repeat that they overbooked months out and so didn't have enough cars to give to their customers... Would never recommend
