Everything was faultless.
Couldn't be faulted.
From check in to check out the hotel ticked all the boxes. We look forward to repeating the experience.
Great rooms and golf views. Location is perfect.
For some reason I had rotting fruit in my room. Big oversight.
The room was lovely and the view was excellent. The staff could not be faulted.
I enjoyed it as it provided an easy going relaxed atmosphere.
Everyone was so friendly and the place was so clean and smart and everyone wanted to help.
Room, view, staff, dinner and spa/treatments were all excellent
Room (suite) air con was not working probably resulting in the room being very hot all night!
Location. Service standards.
To charge an additional £20 for use of the hotel pool is petty and left a feeling that someone has got this aspect very wrong. To vaguely blame a "world-wide charging strategy" made this money-grabbing scam even harder to swallow.
The spa, the comfortable beds, huge bath, the spa, dinner, and champage cocktails
Wondered the streets of St andrews, enjoyed the spa, and our lovley room - relaxed
