I was able to drop the car off at the airport.Cons:
When communicating by phone I would have liked to talk to someone in Minneapolis or at least the US not someone out of the country. I would have liked to pick up my car at the airport or at least provided with a free shuttle to downtown Minneapolis.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:
Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.10.0 Wonderful

Staff was great and prompt. Everything was taken care of quick and they were thorough.Cons:
The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
It was a brand new car and it was just what I asked for. Due to a long distance drive I requested an all wheel or 4 wheel drive SUV and i was able to secure it with no hassle. It was a well equipped car and a super quick and easy check out at the desk. Well done Enterprise.2.8 Poor
