Cons:
When I showed up at the rental facility, they told me that they did not have a car available for several hours. I ended up having drive my persona vehicle to a work meeting because of an error on their side. There was no apology or even an offer for a discount on my next rental.8.0 Very Good

Cons:
It was cold in Minnesota and when I turned the heat on the windows would cloud up. I had to continuously turn on the rear and front window heaters which would then shut off the heat. But it was alright, I did not freeze but it could have been a little more comfortable. I would rent from them again.2.0 Poor

Our rental was supposed to be $460 for 12 days but I was charged $610. Enterprise told me they couldn’t find my booking and had to make a new one even though I had the confirmation number. When I called about the extra $150 I was transferred around and around no one was able to help. I will definitely be using a different rental company next time.2.0 Poor

Cons:
I booked a car using Kayak supposedly for MSP but when I got to the airport, I was that the car was for an off-airport location some 15 minutes away by taxi...and that I would return the car to the same location...they ended up renting me a car at 2.5x the price I reserved...never again...Kayak or EnterpriseBudget

The service rep who helped me close out our account at the end was wonderful. I feel bad that he has to work in a place that seems to have so many screw ups.Cons:
Waited in line at counter for 45 min to pick up. Had to go back to main desk to find anyone for drop off and discuss charge problem. I wasn't informed when I picked up the car at the airport that I was at the wrong location. I questioned the pick-up rep as to why the final price was $50 more than the quote. He said to call customer service later on. I did after leaving with car, they let me know I was charged $50 due to going to the wrong location. Had I been told that, we would have shuttled over to the correct pick up spot (very close to the airport). Rep at end helped sort it all out at the end.2.0 Poor

When I showed up they told me a rental was for a downtown location asked if I could switch it there they said no I have no idea how I could go to kayak put MSP in and get a downtown location so either kayak her budget was trying to switch and bait me so I just went to another car dealer rental place and got oneAvis

Instead of Chevy Malibu they gave us KIA Optima. Expected the same car.Cons:
They didnt accept my thomas cook travel card since I'm from India. So I had to put up my personal Indian Credit card and hence I have to pay forex charges additionally. Weirdest part is that they accepted insurance from my travel card and not the car booking. That's lame.4.4 Mediocre
