Pros:Staff was great given the situation, however there were only 2 people working during lunch, and they had to take their lunch break, effectively making it so there was only one person working at a time. The line was extremely long, I ended up waiting for over an 75 minutes to reach the desk, only to be told that the vehicle I was taking was not ready and I had to wait another hour. Hertz should've had the vehicles ready to go since I'd reserved them weeks prior.Reviewed 16 Jun. 2021

Pros:Vehicle was clean and well equippedCons:No agent available at rental counter. Had to travel to a different terminal to get rental. On return, there was no one at drop-off. Sign said to proceed inside with rental agreement, mileage, fuel level, etc. Again, no agent at rental counter. Was told by airport info desk to just leave keys in car and I would receive an email after they check-in my rental.Reviewed 2 Mar. 2021
