Cons:
I booked a car at one location for a specific price. That location was going to be closed so they sent me to a different location that wouldn't honor price. After many phone calls and much yelling now I have to wait for a refund of the money I was over charged. A nightmareAvis

Cons:
The signs for rental car return locations at the STL airport are contradictory and inaccurate. It took me 30+ minutes to find the Avis lot. Also, the company charged me for gasoline despite the fact that the car's tank was full at the time I brought it back.7.6 Good
