Kayak offered rentals that are not available in my city. The closest location is 60 to 90 min away. So when I went to pick up the 2, 15 passenger vans my husband and I reserved for a big sports trip THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.Reviewed 23 July 2024

Cons:This rental was my first with Thrifty, and I could not be happier. The process and car selection was excellent in West Palm Beach, and the Toyota Highlander that I received was terrific for my extended journey and packing requirements. Pros:Staff was very friendly & car was very clean.Cons:Booked a drop off for 4am, when I arrived I was told they don’t open until 5am and do not have any after hours drop off. Had to drop off the car a day earlier, get a ride back to our condo and then a ride to the airport the next morning Extremely inconvenient!! Never would have booked if I knew I couldn’t drop off at 4am! Update Covid hours on kayak so people are aware please!Reviewed 1 Jan 2021
