When I made the reservation it said protection was included, but at the pick up time, they charge me an additional cost for insurance at almost the price of my three day rental. It was 70 dlls more than the 28 for the rental price. Please notify this before when you announce a price.Avis

Cons:
I had a reservation at 11am. I was late getting into town and arrived around 12:30. The guy told me that my reservation was at 7am even though I showed my confirmation email that said 11am and he said they didn’t have a car for me. They didn’t even then suggest that there was an enterprise next door I walked there after looking it up myself and rented a car there instead.Europcar
