Pros (+) House keeping was immaculate, concierge (Ms. Saito) was incredibly helpful. She even helped us buy Disneyland tickets, and helped me find my way around tokyo.
Cons (-) The hallways are really long. Toiletries are drying to skin and hair. You can hear the trains in some Hallways
