It's as good as the other reviews say!

Pros: Room clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance of Downtown and Dundas square. Miko (co- owner?) is exceedingly helpful and friendly. Kitchen is well stocked for breakfast. Shower worked well, as did aircon in room. Absolutely no complaints.

Cons: None of the following are complaints, but merely warnings that it is what it is. The house itself is quite old so there are some effects from that ( the wiring sometimes shows -although it all works fine). The street is not in the most salubrious part of town, but it doesn't feel dangerous at all. The kitchen can be a bit small depending on how full the house is and how many want to eat breakfast at the same time (earlier is quieter), so breakfast can be a friendly affair with the chance to chat to the other guests.

Pros: It was a secure entry and I liked the ease of access to enter the building and the email that was sent was very easily understood.

Cons: The parking permit had to be dropped off, so how was I to put in on the inside of my car. Especially if I was to be out past midnight, which was my plan. I ended up getting a 30 dollar parking ticket which was the alternative to finding paid parking elsewhere, which i was not willing to do.
