Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, often close to the city center or river, and found the value for the price reasonable in several cases. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms while others reported issues like dirt, disrepair, or pests. Service was frequently criticized, particularly the lack of reception staff and complicated check-in processes. Noise from traffic and the surrounding area was a common complaint, affecting sleep quality for many.
