Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to landmarks like Porta Nigra and the old town, making it ideal for tourism. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms, stains, dust, and maintenance problems. Service was also a common concern, with reports of absent or unhelpful staff, lack of reception, and poor problem resolution. Additionally, the absence of breakfast was frequently mentioned as a drawback. Overall, while the location is excellent, improvements in cleanliness, service, and amenities are needed.
