Beautiful Hotel and wonderful staff
The hotel itself was beautiful with restaurants and shops and amenities that provided enough that you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The room I had was newer and well designed with a great view of the Disney parks.
My room had two single beds and for the price I paid there should have been at least a queen. The coupons I was given for breakfast was given to me under my door every day inside an envelope which is not only a waste of paper, but also annoying to not be given all of them at once especially since they said the date on them. The Oasis area felt dated and run down.
Don’t eat on the property
If going to Disney, it’s close.
Staff was mediocre. I expect better service when in Japan. Grand Cafe buffet was a gouge. Indoor pool-free, outdoor pool-$30-40 Ikspari has a bunch stores, restaurants and a grocery.
Hotel is beautiful and very convenient for visiting the Tokyo Disney Resort.
WiFi is $10 a day unless you book directly through their membership program.
Close to Disney
Charged for everything, staff tried to help but language was a barrier.
Great spot if you're visiting both Disney parks
Right in front of the monorail exit. Extremely convenient spot. The dinner buffet has a great variety of dishes and all are delicious! Great built-in Disney store and highly suggest shopping there first before heading off to Disney parks to avoid the crowd. Staff communicated well in English.
Was accidentally booked in smoking section, but it at least the scent wasn't too heavy. The building itself is pretty big, so prepare to walk a bit in their lobby and/or to your room.
My new wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Originally we had planned half our stay at another location, but after only a couple days here, we cancelled that one (paying the fee) and booked the rest of our time in Japan at this hotel. The service was absolutely perfect. They always did more than expected when asked for something. We absolutely would choose this hotel again if we were in the area.
My wife thought the bed was too hard, but I loved it.
As the official hotel of Tokyo Disney Resort, Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel offers quick and easy access to both Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea by monorail. We are also only 10 minutes from Ikspiari -a fun-filled and expansive shopping, dining, and entertainment complex. Enjoy complimentary shuttles to and from the monorail to the hotel, plus plenty of on-site recreation, from a fitness center, pool, and Japanese-style baths. The hotel also holds a Treasures! Island and game arcade, which are enjoyable for the whole family. All our 1,016 guestrooms, including a suite, feature Tokyo Bay or Tokyo Disney Resort views. Our rooms are designed for relaxation and most feature the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience. Our Japanese-style rooms, on the other hand, offer a traditional Japanese experience.
