Pros: Everyone was very helpful. It was my first time in Wien. The front desk went out of the way to help. Customer experience was great.
Cons: There is no Air conditioning. Once window left open, it gets better. I wish they could have at least pedisteal fan on sites.

Pros: It's half an hour walking distance from the city center, and only 5-10 minutes walk from the nearest Subway station and bus stop. It has an elevator, so you didn't need to carry your luggage up the stairs to get to your room. Also, the room was spacious. Checkout was easy. We needed to check out around 6am, so we just left the key to the kitchen staff. Check in was also easy, they let us check in early as our room was ready. Staff are generally helpful and cooperative.
Cons: Nothing negative comes to mind, thanks guys for making our visit smooth.

It offers free Wi-Fi access and a breakfast buffet. Rooms at the Walzerstadt have satellite TV, a bathroom with a hairdryer, and a minibar. The Westbahnhof Train Station is 900 metres away, and many restaurants and pubs are within a 5-minute walk. The famous St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna’s first district can be reached within 4 subway stops.

Pros: We got in late and the staff were very nice. Big room, clean. Good location from subways. The bar across the street is a great place to go for some beers and food. It's a couple blocks from the major shopping street.

Cons: Room furniture worn out (stains), beds too soft for my preference, free WiFi very slow and expensive to upgrade. Breakfast looked nice but price was unreasonable for people looking in this class of hotel (plenty of alternatives nearby)
