Pros: It is hard to say just one thing about this fabulous hotel. . . it is superior in every regard. The staff are exceedingly gracious and helpful, so service is superb. The food is beyond delicious, so it is a gourmet's dream. The rooms and hotel decor in general are absolutely gorgeous. . .I can't begin to enumerate all the wonderful touches in the bathroom alone. . .so a designer would feel at home. But I must mention cleanliness. . . it is immaculate. Also, the business center was terrific-- computers (with printers) at your fingertips, easy to use and incredibly convenient. One can hardly do better than to stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. It made our vacation even more memorable.

Pros: We loved everything about the Grand. The hotel staff were friendly and responsive. The location was superb and the hotel itself beautiful. Our room was sumptuous with a huge bathroom, closets, and all the amenities. Internet access in the rooms was free as was the fitness center. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel, but we ordered several dinners from room service and they were delicious and an excellent value.

The "at your service" staff was also patient, as I had problems with credit card authorization. Everything worked out fine and the staff made us feel very welcome. Pros: Everything in the center u may wanna see is in walking distance: albertina, hoffburg palace, rathouse, opera house, st. Stephen's cathedral etc. plenty of restaurants near by, walking zone kantner strasse around the corner. sky bar and do&co bars are in 3 minute walk, both with great views and sky has live music. Basically the hotel to be if you are not a stay in the toom type of guy/girl. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

The hotel itself while undergoing renovations is delightful as the rooms have been renovated, walk in showers and good lighting. Also sparsely populated w go FB make for ease of relaxing; bed, two chairs a small table and the TV on a stand. I was in a corner room and had full windows on two sides which provided fantastic views of the city and great natural light. Breakfast provided many options; too many and easy to get full on something you find available.

Pros: Our stay was amazing. We thouroughly enjoyed the VIP lounge and the food. The location was just outside the main town and was within close walking distance to everything and the public transportation was right near the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice.

Pros: Staff were pleasant and helpful without exception. Hotel and our room were pleasant to return to after a long day out. Facilities of executive lounge were excellent. Swimming pool open from early morning until very late evening - an excellent facility.

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel as had expected a lot less less for the price! It was nicely tucked away from the main centre of Vienna yet only 15-20 minutes pleasant walk. The atmosphere was welcoming and our room was a great size, well decorated, clean (and with some of the most comfortable beds we have experienced in a hotel)!

Pros: I booked on the basis of special rates offered, plus comments from other reviewers which were mostly very good. The Club package was excellent with a junior suite for my 2 + 2 family (extra bed was no charge), access to Club lounge with free breakfast, evening snacks (good as dinner) and drinks was perfect. Great value, plus easy tram access to centre which was still walkable

Pros: The hotel rooms are very nice and are a good size. There was a nice outside sitting area and they had piano music in the lobby two of the nights we were there. My children especially enjoyed the indoor pool.
