Pros (+) Waikiki Beach Walk was centrally located and an easy walk to lots of great places. Room was nicely furnished. Staff was personable. Vacation was memorable...
Cons (-) They don't clean room until after you leave. Would be nice to have them come a couple times during the stay to freshen up room.

Pros (+) Courteous and helpful staff. Loved that they had an event coordinator onsite so being first time travelers to the location helped us a lot to plan our stay. On our last day we had to check out at 10 am, but we also had a whole day ahead of us to wait for our flight. They were gracious enough to give us complimentary baggage story while we explored more of the city, and gave us access to their meet...
Cons (-) Only reason for shorting them one star in the “Value” category was due to not having all inclusive breakfast. I know that’s not typical of most hotels in the area, but would have made everything just perfect if they accommodated for all inclusive breakfasts as well.
