Before I rent with them I call to make sure that I was able to do what I want before rent. I use your page as a third party, you guys make me pay for insurance in advance wich was not accepted in ACE and they couldn't rent me the car after I call to make sure and I was given wrong info. Now I'm trying to get my money back from insurance and no one to talk to in KAYAK or the third party insurance company that u guys selected for me. This insurance thing with u guys is a scam and ridiculous negotiation I'm doing everything In my power because you guys ste gonna return my money.
