Japanese Receptionist was cool and kind.
Freaking people living there, it is quite common to see guests high or in bad conditions for drugs consumption. No soap in the toilets, no glasses, parking with limited space and fridge smelling bad. Mirrors and windows glasses were dirty, despite our bedroom didn’t even have one! So we slept dressed because of the fresh air coming inside all night long (10 Celsius outdoors).
Loved the cleanliness, beds were beautiful, I travelled with my sister who usually brings her own bedding and she didn't even need it, she was very happy. Room was small and perfect for what we needed. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
There were a few little dent things in the wall but that didn't really bother me too much, the only other things were that the fly screen had come off our window and someone left pistachio shells on the sill.
Jake at the front counter was very helpful & quick to respond to maintenance requests. Location was good for what I needed to do.
Room stank of the worst smell. I had to purchase room odouriser to put up with it but even it could only mask the smell for a while. Security was really poor. My window had to be chocked with a plank of wood to lock it. The back gate was left open every night. The shower flooded the bathroom every time I showered.
All you need from such accommodation. Good location
Needed some repairs & updating
