Highly disappointed with this company, this company decides that they are above the federal law and will not accept cash as occurrency. And you're only option is to follow whatever they want otherwise you cannot take a car and all of your holiday will be ruined.Reviewed 7 May 2024

The night before they were going to take my credit (chime credit not bank) . My son was stuck in Florida with his four year old. They wouldn’t rent it me, my. Ex husband went with exact same kind of card. And they rented go figure!Reviewed 6 May 2024

It was honestly one of the easiest car rental experiences in my life of travel. Flying into Hot Springs I knew it was a small airport. But, it was really easy to get to and from terminal from rental counters. My only critique, and this critique applies to a lot of airports, there needs to be better signage indicators. I took a wrong turn on my way off the flight to the rental car counters. That’s not on Alamo. But, perhaps they have some influence with that.Reviewed 6 May 2024
