Easy pick-up and drop-offPros:We were picked up at the airport (you have to call them and they will be there within minutes). The collection process was really quick and easy. The staff was excellent and showed us quickly the specifics of the car (which by the way was upgraded). We were offer onsite to reduce the Excess to 0 or to £100, we chose the latter which was ~£50 extra for the 3 days we rented the vehicle. The drop-off process was very easy and quick too! we got another ride to the airport from there. FYI, they took £300 deposit from the credit card which will be refunded after you return your car and they check everything is OK.Cons:All was good!Reviewed 10 Jun. 2018
