I’ll see if this lets me choose my words I ordered a small BMW I was changed to a Peugeot 3008 when I arrived at the counter which was in another terminal. The only car they had left was a 5008 a Peugeot. This is a three seater SUV and I am one person. I called after a couple days asking for a smaller car. I only could speak to the main office..There is no way of contacting the airport directly. I told them to check if there would be a small car available. They said they would call back and they never did. Unfortunately, after that, I had to park in otherparking garages. This car is not made to park in French garages. I scraped the side. I moved onto another location and had to park in another garage where I scraped the side again. I was so paranoid about putting this car in garages that it ruined my trip.. When I returned the car, even the man checking me in said yeah this car is not made to be parked in French garages. Before I returned the car I askedif someone would come in remove the car for me. I didn’t even wanna drive it and get out of the parking spaces again. I don’t think I will neverrent from you guys again without being assured that I’ll get the card that I ordered. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to see if they’ll pay for the repairs they should never have happened. Sign a very unhappy unsatisfied customerReviewed 29 Sept 2026

Alamo was horrific. Our plane was delayed due to storms. I had booked the car earlier than our anticipated landing. When I eventually reached Alamo, they said they only hold cars for 2 hours from the planned arrival time. They had let my car go and they had no others. Dispute it with your booking agent. We were left with no car after an exhausting flight. They clearly didn’t like the rental rate and were keen to not let us take the hire car. One we had already paid for. Really rude and unhelpful.Reviewed 20 Aug 2024

I very much enjoyed my experience with Alamo, the only annoying thing is that Alamo is located at Terminal 2 in Nice Airport and it is inconvenient to pick up the car after arriving at Terminal 1. Except for that, great staff and great service.Reviewed 30 June 2024
