Cons: The Rental Counter was closed when I landed, and there was no help, or instructions available. The corporate help was non-existent. I was forwarded to another contact, who said that the booking should not have been allowed in the first place, but that did me no good and 7pm & no transportation.

Cons: The Rental Counter was closed when I landed, and there was no help, or instructions available. The corporate help was non-existent. Quoted price is a lie

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: I wound up paying more than twice the quoted rental price. Avis hides the fact that they charge by the mile in paperwork that no one explains to you, and of course there are several pages of it. This is by far the worst business transaction I have had with any company. DO NOT use Kayak or Avis!

Pros: Landed at ten pm. Car ready and waiting check in and return was so easy.

Cons: Expensive to switch drop off locations.

Humm...

Pros: There was no option other than going in a picking up the vehicle. The seats were clean, but we had to stop at a gas station to buy paper towels and window cleaner to clean all the windows, inside and out, because we couldn't see.

Cons: There was a mix up at the time of pick up with the amount we were to be charged. They overcharged our account and then they could not recharge the correct amount within a 24hour period. This cause somewhat more trouble in that another 50 mile round trip was needed to pick up someone (whom needs to be present) with a different bank account/credit card.
