Pros: The room was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Pros: Location
Cons: I think it’s ridiculous to have to pay for your parking in their regular parking lot. Not valet or anything like that just regular pull up to the place and park your own vehicle in an open spot. Also $3 it you drink a bottle of water on your room.

Pros: Very nice accommodations and quick check in on a last minute booking. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: There were really no negatives but a complimentary breakfast would have been a nice addition to my stay.

Pros: The location was ideal to every part of Austin. The staff was very friendly and courteous including an incident where i may have not been able to get a room. The lobby is going under remodel construction which should make it grand. Does face a graveyard - which i really did not care - moot point because i was out for most of the day
Cons: When booking with Expedia/Hotels/com...call to validate; it seems hotel loyalty members get first preference.

Cons: The place was under construction. No advance warning that it was to be so. Bar was understicked, restaurant was closed. Breakfast, continental, was missing basic elements like orange juice. Not the usual Hilton promise of service and facilities.

Pros: Location very close to the city, great food and grocery options nearby. Very comfortable apartment.
Cons: Locale has no control over this aspect, but having a shower curtain was a bit of a pain for keeping the bathroom floor dry.

Cons: The manager was extremely rude. It seems as though if there any change of plans or we asked for something, it was always a problem for him, literally. Jis response to everything was "then we are going to have a problem". He had no customer service skills at all.

Pros: Staff was friendly, room was comfortable for a motel
Cons: The location is not great for any walking nearby the freeway and large intersections.
Okay

Pros: Check in was a nightmare because of the general manager, Rasik Naik. He was rude and combative. He may have been angered that the personal conversation about his life in England, a monologue really, was interrupted by me after being ignored for 10 minutes. His communication skills would be much better suited for a position where he had no contact with people, especially women. He interrupted, raised his voice, made me sign and initial documents I’ve never had to sign at any previous lodging stay. It seemed as though women were at the same level as vermin to Rasik. I do not recommend this property.
Cons: The room was clean but old and shabby.

Pros: The room was great. It was renovated and comfortable. It had a nice microwave, coffee pot, and fridge.
Cons: Room service didn't clean our room one day. We called the front desk. He assured us they would be right up. They never came. We called back and he told us they left for the day. At the very least all we asked the front desk for was new towels. They brought us two bath mats. Very unacceptable. We went back to the front desk for the third time and got two more ratty looking towels. Customer service that day was very poor. Another night, some other guests were so rowdy that the police were called. I realize that was out of the hotels control.

Pros: We don’t spend much time at the hotel, so it was great for the value
Cons: Outside looks uninviting, but inside the rooms are really nice.

Pros: I only stayed for one night, so I can't really speak to the customer service or housekeeping between nights, but my stay was pleasant for the price. The room was clean, almost seemed like it was remodeled somewhat recently. The mattress was okay, pillows were great, good shower/water pressure. For the price compared to other hotels in the area, this was a great value.
Cons: I heard some mice scurrying around in the ceiling in late night and morning while I was getting ready. It didn't really bother me, but just a heads up if you hear some strange noises.
Good
6.3
Pros: The room was inexpensive.
Cons: Did not sleep well, other guests were loud outside the room at 3:00am, not as close to down town as I expected.

Pros: Great location. Great room and very clean. Very good value
Cons: Staff was very rude on multiple occasions for no reason. We were not complaining about anything, but to perform basic tasks like check in or check out we were met with unfriendly people. We had to go back multiple times to get our keys to work to get into our room

Pros: Really good location to the Texas football game (about a 20 minute walk). Clean, comfortable room and a good value for the price.
Cons: You only get one set of towels a day and you need to take your used towels down to the front desk for new ones each time... so when it's hot & humid and you want to take two/three showers a day it's a little annoying unless you just use your wet towel to dry off again.
Good
6.8
Pros: Great location for access to both downtown/Capitol and nice eastside neighborhoods (and Franklin BBQ!), very clean and felt freshly renovated.
Cons: The wifi basically didn't work and the staff could not care less about you. Also, the walls were REALLY thin and there seemed to be a bunch of parties and/or loud arguments on Friday night
Okay
4.0
Cons: I was very upset that no one told me that the motel was under construction. I made my reservations on the phone, and they had every chance to tell me, but didn't. And then they lied and said, "No, we tell everyone". Wrong. I do not like being deceived. And they wouldn't bend an inch on my rate. There was absolutely NO way I would have booked this stay at a hotel that was under construction had I known.
Okay
5.7
Pros: It had easy access to the highway but our room near the back was very quiet. It was within walking distance of 6th street.
Cons: The floors must be cleaned with oil rags. Our feet turned black. We were told the breakfast was until 10:00, but found out on Mnday that during the week it is only until 9:00.
