We tried to pick up the car a bit earlier than we said we would, which was apparently breaktime for the sales person. There was a number we could call, but we were told that he didn't speak English. It took a while for him to show up, but his explanations on the insurance policy, pickup and drop-off rules and road rules were excellent. The itinerary could use more instructions on how to reach the place though, it is actually located in a parking garage on floor B1!Reviewed 23 Oct 2023
