Pros:
Nothing! I called the downtown Seattle company after realizing that Kayak sent me here when I put in Seattle airport pick up.. I was told the best way to get to them was take the light rail to University district and then uber over to their office. Ok! So I took light rail which took about 50 minutes and then proceeded to get an uber which took another 40 minutes because none were available. When I finally arrived at the Enterprise office it was exactly 3:03. They close at 3:00. The young lady looked out the door at me standing there sobbing dragging a suitcase and turned off the lights and walked out the door. No comment....no concern......Nothing. I then spent another 30 minutes getting another uber and sitting on the curb crying. By the time I got where I needed to go I was over an hour late and missed seeing my son whom I have not seen in 2 years!Cons:

After driving on the freeway with my just-picked-up rental, it started to make a loud "thrumming" sound that made us nervous to drive it cross state. They saved the trip and didn't bat an eye when I showed up at the next available location to ask for a swap of vehicle.Hertz

charged my account 1400$ for the hold charge of the rental. which screwed up my finances for my vacation. and there response was "there is nothing we can do and we don't offer compensation for this matter, it is not our fault the bank took that much." well who told them how much to take? never got an answer.6.0 Okay

Staff was gone from desk for 15 minutes when we first arrived (there was just one person working). I had an infant with me, so I was eager to get the car and go. So, waiting was a little frustrating. But given that I likely would have waited in a line at the airport, it wasn't a big deal. Once he returned, he was very kind and quick to get me to my car.10.0 Wonderful
